Collection Conditions
As part of the terms of sale, the only person authorised to purchase tickets is the credit card holder/owner. The same condition applies to ticket collection; Hoyts will only allow the credit card holder/owner to collect tickets.
At the time of collection please provide the sale confirmation number and/or a print out of your confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Online tickets must be purchased at least 1 hour before the listed session time. Online ticket purchases are not available at all cinemas.
